Kuala Lumpur, 10 February 2026 — TRADEMARK2U successfully conducted its IP & Halal Awareness Seminar this morning at its Bandar Sri Damansara headquarters, followed by the CEO Club Networking Session in the afternoon.
The seminar featured Lawrence Yip, Adjunct Professor at Universiti Malaya, who addressed the risks of bad faith trademarks and their impact on fair competition, and Dr Zalina Zakaria, Director of the Universiti Malaya Halal Research Centre, who shared insights on Halal compliance as a strategic advantage for businesses. Participants received practical guidance on intellectual property protection and Halal readiness, with Certificates of Attendance issued upon completion.
The afternoon CEO Club Networking Session brought together manufacturers, retailers, and exporters for productive discussions, experience sharing, and potential collaborations, further strengthening professional connections within the business community.
